Read in the library while gazing at the wooden building built in 1927 and the garden depicted in the novel. In our modern dining room, we combine Tajima's bounties of the sea and mountains with local sake selected by our master, who is a sake-tasting master. Check-out is 11:00, please enjoy your stay.
A luxurious kaiseki course featuring live snow crab (boiled and sashimi) together with premium Tajima beef.
You will enjoy 3 different crab dishes, using a total of 1 whole crab per guest. About three-quarters of the crab is live snow crab freshly caught at local ports such as Tsuiyama, Shibayama, and Kasumi.
In addition, savor the rich flavor of Tajima beef, renowned as the origin of Kobe and Matsusaka beef, prepared on a hot ceramic grill.

Dinner starts no later than 18:30. Please note that meals cannot be served after 18:30 check-in.

Toyooka City Bathing Tax/Bathing Fees
This is a tax levied on bathing guests. It is a special purpose tax to cover the expenses required for tourism promotion; protect and manage facilities for mineral spring sources and firefighting facilities. The mineral spring bathhouse owner becomes responsible to collects it from the bathing guests.
