Marine World takes pride in its smaller facilities, as this allows visitors to interact more closely with the sea life and for the staff to teach the visitors in a more intimate surrounding about their sea life friends.
Marine World boasts several attractions, including with a museum describing the history and geology of the nearby coast. Outside, a hot spring foot bath greets visitors with a magnificent view of the Sea of Japan.
There are several dolphin shows daily, penguin marches, backstage tours, and a tide pool where you can touch and feel sea stars.
Another popular attraction is the “Dive” where (for an extra fee) guests are taken out onto a platform that will sink down into a tank with a fish-eye view without getting wet.
Cafe & Restaurant Terrace
Just outside the entrance gate to Kinosaki Marine World is Cafe & Restaurant Terrace, providing breathtaking coastline views and local dishes such as Tajima beef curry, seafood pasta, and Yoka pork bowls.

Another cafe connected to the Kinosaki Marine World giftshop, Geo Cafe serves Tajima beef hamburgers and local sea salt ice cream.

Kinosaki Marine World is an aquarium united with nature, where the Japanese sea unfolds before your eyes.
Located high up on the coastal cliffs in Hiyoriyama, about 5km north of Kinosaki Onsen, Marine World can be accessed by bus from Kinosaki Onsen Station.
