Enjoy a beautifully prepared Japanese-style course meal (Kaiseki) featuring the freshest seasonal fish delivered directly from Takeno Fishing Port, along with local vegetables and mountain delicacies from the nearby countryside.

We focus on natural, healthy ingredients, offering gentle flavors that are both nourishing and satisfying.

The owner, who grew up playing in the sea of Takeno, is passionate about showcasing the region’s bounty. As a licensed fish buyer, he participates directly in the auctions to carefully select only the best local fish.
Thanks to thorough preparation techniques, we’re able to serve not just the fillet, but also the bones, skin, and even internal organs—all delicious and safe to enjoy.
