UTSUROI TSUCHIYA ANNEX is newly opened in October 2018.
There are 5 Japanese-style rooms and most of them have an egg chair.
These new rooms provide a relaxing stay.
In addition, the inn has a cafe on the first floor, so you can have drinks and dinner in youryukata (cotton kimono, traditional Japanese dress supplied by the inn)

■ Summer Fireworks (Dream Fireworks) Info
Period: Weekdays from July 30 to Aug 21 (Excludes Aug 10–14).
Time: From 21:00 (approx. 5 minutes).
Location: Kitayanagi-dori.
Access: It is a 10-minute walk to the prime viewing spot near "Ichino-yu." A perfect stroll to enjoy the evening breeze.

Our most prestigious 10-course seasonal menu, featuring Tajima Beef steak and fresh local seafood. Each dish is carefully served to showcase the flavors of the region.
Dinner Start Time: 18:00 sharp (Dining ends around 20:00).
[Breakfast: Japanese Set Menu]
A healthy, traditional breakfast made with local ingredients from the San'in region.
Start Time: 8:00 or 8:30 (Please select at check-in).
Note: For Tuesday check-ins, a Western-style breakfast will be served at the adjacent cafe.

Dinner starts at 18:00 sharp. Please note that we cannot serve dinner if you arrive after 18:00.
Dining Area: Meals are served in the dining hall (1st or 2nd floor). Seating requests are not available.
〇 Facilities & Others
Age Restriction: We are an adult-only inn. Guests under 12 years old are not permitted.
Facilities: Guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is no elevator.
Non-Smoking: The entire building is strictly non-smoking.
Parking: Free parking is available in front of the inn (No reservation required).

If you will arrive by 17:00, no contact is needed. Please contact us if you will arrive after 17:00 (Latest check-in is 18:00).

- Toyooka City Bathing Tax/Bathing Fees
This is a tax levied on bathing guests. It is a special purpose tax to cover the expenses required for tourism promotion; protect and manage facilities for mineral spring sources and firefighting facilities. The mineral spring bathhouse owner becomes responsible to collects it from the bathing guests.

All wards： Adults 150 yen； Children are tax exempt.
Bathing fee
Yushima Ward: Adults 280 yen; Children 140 yen.
Out of the ward: Adult 300 yen; Child 150 yen.

Unauthorized cancellation : All nights 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 0:00 on the day : 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 0:00 on the day before : 50% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation 3 days before 0:00 : 50% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation 7 days before 0:00 : 30% of all night accommodation charge
