Shinzan is approximately a 25-minute walk from Kinosaki Onsen Rail Station.
A complimentary "inn-hopping" shuttle bus meets Limited Express train arrivals (from 12:30-18:00). No pre-booking is required; simply provide the driver with the name of your accommodation.

* Exploring the Town (Onsen Hopping):
To help you enjoy the famous public bathhouses and local boutiques, we provide a complimentary evening shuttle to the town center.
Service Hours: Every 30 minutes during 16:00 – 17:30 and 19:30 – 22:00.

** Departure Shuttle:
On the morning of your departure, a free shuttle service runs from Shinzan back to the station.
Departure Times: Every 20 minutes between 08:30 and 10:10.

This is a tax levied on bathing guests. It is a special purpose tax to cover the expenses required for tourism promotion; protect and manage facilities for mineral spring sources and firefighting facilities. The mineral spring bathhouse owner becomes responsible to collects it from the bathing guests.

Cancellation 4 days before 0:00 : 30% of all night accommodation charge
