Abalone Japanese-style Cheese Fondue + Tajima Beef Grilled Set
Introducing the deluxe version of the "Stamina Plan"! It was featured in the Michelin Guide Hyogo 2016. Replacing the "Abalone Shabu-Shabu," after trial and error, we have finally created a masterpiece, the "Abalone Japanese-style Cheese Fondue." The abalone is steamed and grilled on a ceramic plate, resulting in a tender texture, and its umami blends harmoniously with the rich taste of the cheese. The secret lies in the exquisite balance of the Japanese-style broth that connects everything.
Other popular dishes are also included! The Tajima beef is grilled to perfection, removing excess fat and ensuring juiciness. The deep-fried inshore fish is prepared by frying the backbone and pectoral fin twice, creating a crispy bone cracker. The steamed dish includes fluffy steamed shrimp bun, and the seafood salad dressed with a refreshing citrus dressing is incredibly healthy.
One cup of coffee per adult is included at the lobby's "relaxation area."
Unlimited access to the outdoor hot spring bath, a dream come true for hot spring enthusiasts, is included with an external bathing ticket!
If paying on-site, please settle in cash.
In addition to the bathing fee of 150 yen per adult paid to Toyooka City, a separate bathing fee of 280 yen per adult and 140 yen per elementary school student will be collected and paid to the Yushima Property District, which manages the hot springs.
