An example of dinner

We offer a course with 1.5 servings of crab per person, allowing you to enjoy a variety of delicious crab dishes. The menu includes crab sashimi, grilled crab, crab shell miso-grilled, crab sukiyaki hot pot, crab porridge, and a rich assortment of crab dishes, complemented by the mountain flavor of amago (masu salmon). For those who want "rich crab shell miso-grilled," this plan is highly recommended!

Crabs baked at high temperatures have an intensified flavor, with tender and juicy meat that spreads a delightful aroma and sweetness in the mouth.
The carefully crafted crab miso, with its creamy and slightly bitter texture, accumulates the natural umami that impresses Eeveryone.
A pot filled with abundant crab broth, paired with homemade winter vegetables, offers a delicious base to the final porridge.
The perfect sweetness of the last dessert, with a pleasant mouthfeel, leaves a lingering aftertaste even after savoring the crab dishes.
